Every project writes its own story
I have been involved in development since 2003. Together with my partners and investors, we transform unused properties into homes and investment opportunities. We have completed hundreds of apartments, a number of retail properties and a large industrial zone. We were also able to built three entertainment parks.
A significant number of our projects is carried out in the Moravian-Silesian Region, but we are also active in Prague and other regions of the Czech Republic.
I am really glad to leave behind something that will stay here for the next hundred years. I believe we still have many successful stories to write in the world of real estate, and I would be rather pleased if you become part of them—whether as a project partner, investor, or user of the developed properties.

Rezidence Wilczek
In 2021, we acquired a property in a prime area of Ostrava-Poruba, including a planned residential development project. In December 2025, we obtained the building permit, and construction commenced in spring 2026. The project is scheduled for completion, with all 114 apartments to be handed over to clients in spring 2028.

Senatorium Frýdek-Místek
In 2024, we acquired land in a development area in Frýdek-Místek. We prepared a project for the construction of a Senatorium (a post-acute care facility) for a major healthcare investor. The building permit was issued in March 2026. The investor commenced construction in spring 2026, with completion expected in approximately two years.

Futurooms Entertainment Center
In October 2024, we opened an indoor entertainment center in the Futurum shopping mall in Ostrava, featuring two unique attractions and facilities for hosting birthday parties or corporate teambuilding events. Visitors can enjoy PRISON ISLAND, an action-packed team game operating at 110 locations across 25 countries worldwide. In the Czech Republic it is available only in Prague and Ostrava. The second attraction includes virtual reality arenas developed by the world-leading producer VEX Solution, which no other operator in the Czech Republic currently offers.
