Logistics

Between 2018 and 2022, we were invited by a major logistics investor to participate in the development of a logistics park close to Leoš Janáček Ostrava Airport. On the acquired land of nearly 30 hectares, we prepared and obtained permits for the construction of storage and production halls with a total area of 116,000 m². We then sold the fully prepared project to the investor, who is now successfully implementing it.
