In 2023, we acquired the former Beskydy Camp properties in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. On this 1.5-hectare brownfield site, we are preparing a complete modernization of the grounds, including the infrastructure and access to the grounds.

In 2021, we completed the construction of KFC and Burger King fast-food restaurants near the D10 motorway in Příšovice and handed them over to a tenant AmRest s.r.o. The properties were later sold to a Czech Family Trust.
