In 2021, we acquired a property in a prime area of Ostrava-Poruba, including a planned residential development project. In December 2025, we obtained the building permit, and construction commenced in spring 2026. The project is scheduled for completion, with all 114 apartments to be handed over to clients in spring 2028.

In 2024, we received a building permit for a small-scale apartment project in a prime location in Čeladná, near our family entertainment park. The construction is planned to begin in 2026, with completion expected in 2028.

In 2020, we obtained a building permit for five buildings with 65 apartment units on a brownfield site in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí where there was previously a motel.

The completion of the town square in Čeladná included a building divided into a residential section with 13 apartment units and a commercial section with the municipal office, doctor's surgery, a pharmacy, and a café. The project was completed in 2008.
